Your Attorney

Jeremiah H. Leibowitz brings over 15 years of legal expertise to solving complex problems involving agricultural succession, farm and ranch real estate, and land conservation related opportunities for rural landowners.

His legal work focuses on agricultural law, water law, farm and ranch real estate law, and estate planning for landowning families. He has also worked at two state-wide agricultural land trusts - the Texas Agricultural Land Trust and the California Rangeland Trust - overseeing policy, outreach, partnerships, 1031 exchanges, carbon credit projects, and mitigation and conservation easement transactions.

He most recently served as the executive director of Cuenca Los Ojos, a bi-national conservation organization focused on large landscape protection and restoration projects in Southeast Arizona and Sonora and Chihuahua, Mexico.

Jeremiah is a Texas Aggie, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, treasurer of the Cibolo Center for Conservation, board member of the Heart of Texas Conservancy, and president of the Hill Country A&M Club.
